Our medical model includes psychiatry and psychotherapy to co-create a delicate balance of healing work with pharmacotherapy [medication] when needed. We have incorporated complimentary and alternative holistic services. Integrating these services includes a partnership between you and our family of providers in the healing process, the appropriate use of conventional and alternative methods to facilitate the your own innate healing response, the consideration of all factors that influence health, wellness and disease, including mind, spirit and community as well as body, a philosophy that neither rejects conventional medicine nor accepts alternative medicine uncritically.  We believe that good medicine should be based in good science, be inquiry driven and open to new paradigms. The use of natural interventions whenever possible incorporates the broader concept of promoting health from a whole person approach and guiding  an informed, empowered, and self-detrmined path is equally important to healing, health and the prevention of illness as the medical treatment. Combined treatment  with multiple therapies and mind-body interventions; we will create a successful path to wellness by utilizing more individualized and comprehensive treatment planning that truly is built around you. This is the most effective pathway to healing and lifestyle changes that are sustainable.

Welcome to the Studio


Studio NoFire More Water & the Wellness Room are the heart of the holistic integration into the medical model behind psychiatric treatment. We want to give you everything you need in one wellness center and be of maximum service to you in the ways our mental health system has fallen short.


We will offer ongoing holistic and alternative treatments and services that can be built into your treatment plan or these can all be used as stand alone self-care treatments or self-loving activities. We are always striving to bring in new ideas and concepts that are evolving in other areas and proving to be effective in health and happiness. We will host classes with fun creative activities. We host guest speakers who bring us helpful new insights or tools. We have a neurodivergent group that meets weekly for free to chat, support, laugh, vent, relate, connect... We are connecting with schools to assist with testing and accommodations IEPS and to advocate for our clients and their families and ensure a successful academic career!

We just want to be a safe place that truly goes above and beyond to help because we want you to make it. We want you to recover and thrive. We want you to be so great that you no longer need intensive therapy or meds , and you come here just for the the the clsases and connection with us as your tribe.
